At Ephem'ink , we place great importance on customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund under certain conditions. Please read our refund policy carefully below.

Products eligible for reimbursement

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange for non-personalized items. Items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Non-refundable products

Personalized products (such as items with specific prints, names or custom designs) are not eligible for refund unless there is a major printing or production defect.

Defects and production errors

If you receive a defective product or a major error has been made in the customization of your product, you have the option to request an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, attaching detailed photos of the defect.

Refund procedure

  • Contact us via our contact form , specifying your order number and the details of your request.
  • After validating your request, we will send you instructions for returning the item.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a product defect.
  • The refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase, within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products on sale or on promotion.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized products (except major defect).
