At Ephem'ink, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Packages are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via La Poste or Colissimo with a tracking number provided for each shipment.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the type of items to be shipped and the destination. They are calculated automatically when you place your order and are presented to you before you confirm your order.
Order tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You will then be able to follow the progress of your order directly on the La Poste or Colissimo website.
International deliveries
For deliveries outside of metropolitan France, please note that customs fees or local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
